Responsibilities:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Staff Development Professional is responsible for the design and implementation of education programs and professional development of nurses in their assigned nursing service; focused on clinical outcomes and practice development. Will work closely with department managers and Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) on the educational needs assessment and orientation programs for staff, in the assigned nursing division. Ensures that competencies and skills are current and relevant for the nursing staff.
