THE ROLE: As a member of the OPMHS Roy Fagan Centre, the Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is responsible for: * Leading, planning and delivering evidence‑based nursing education programs that support safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care for older persons with mental health needs. * Supporting the development of nursing practice through facilitation, mentoring and evaluation of education, induction, supervision and professional development activities. * Contributing to organisational and nursing strategic priorities by promoting a positive learning culture, practice development, quality improvement and clinical excellence. YOU WILL NEED: * Demonstrated high‑level clinical knowledge and expertise as a Registered Nurse, with the ability to translate evidence into education and practice improvement. * Proven skills in designing, implementing and evaluating education and professional development programs within a mental health and/or older persons context. * Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and support workforce development. Details of Appointment Fixed term, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing in as soon as possible for a period up to six (6) months.
