Job Description We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Genea Nurse to join our Nurse Training & Education team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. This part-time role (0.8 FTE) offers flexibility to work additional days when needed. You'll provide nurse education across all of our clinics nationally, making it a great next step for someone ready to develop their career. You can be based at any of our clinics, though regular travel will be required. Key Responsibilities: Lead orientation and onboarding of new Nurse Coordinators, including competency assessments Provide clinical training and education to nursing staff across multiple IVF clinic sites Develop and maintain training materials, clinical protocols, and preceptor programs Chair nursing protocol review meetings and ensure compliance with RTAC accreditation standards Act as a clinical resource person and mentor, supporting professional development while maintaining hands-on clinical practice Collaborate with leadership on quality management, risk mitigation, and accreditation activities Monitor education compliance, competency achievement, and training outcomes Contribute to performance management and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to Work Health & Safety policies Qualifications We are seeking an experienced Genea Nurse for this role, someone who has strong leadership, clinical expertise, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining excellence in nursing educating and patient care across the Genea IVF group. You must be willing and keen to learn, flexible in how you work and able to travel between clinics as required to support new starters. Ideally you will have; Essential: Registered Nurse/Midwife with current AHPRA registration Minimum 3 years fertility clinical nursing experience (5+ years preferred) Demonstrated experience in education, mentoring or training roles Desirable: Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or willingness to work toward completion) Post Graduate Certificate/Diploma or Masters in Reproductive Health Currency Code: AUD Salary Type: Annual Compensation: up to AUD 0 - monthly
