Supportive, values-driven work environment where your work is valued Make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of the community What you’ll do As our Clinical Nurse Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting and developing our nursing workforce across Timboon and District Healthcare Service (TDHS). You’ll collaborate with staff and stakeholders to enhance clinical skills, capability, and engagement, ensuring our teams deliver safe, high-quality care. This role involves delivering clinical education and training through workshops, study days, simulation scenarios, and online modules for staff and students. You’ll evaluate clinical skills and conduct competency assessments in line with organisational standards, support clinical programs such as the Graduate Nurse Program and Certificate III in Individual Support, and work closely with managers to develop and maintain the clinical skills of their teams.
