ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join the South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) Palliative Care team in a temporary full-time role until June 2026. This district wide position offers a great opportunity to support Registered Nurses working in Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs) across the region (excluding Wingecarribee), delivering and evaluating palliative care education through the End-of-Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) program. You will collaborate with a dedicated Specialist Palliative Care team comprising of a Clinical Nurse Consultant and Registered Nurses, working to improve palliative care for aged care residents.
Secondments are welcome for internal applicants.
