How you make a difference:
The Clinical Nurse Educator is responsible for coordinating the orientation process of nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality patient care. They assess staff competency and deliver ongoing education tailored to departmental needs, identifying areas requiring staff development and designing targeted in-service training programs. By focusing on patient-centered care and optimizing the efficient and cost-effective utilization of health resources, the Clinical Nurse Educator plays a vital role in enhancing the overall effectiveness of the healthcare team.

Additional Details : BSN preferred with minimum if 5 years exp. Correctional experience is a plus. Proficient in MS office. Comfortable facilitating multiple presentations, public speaking and reinforcing teachings.
