QUALIFICATIONS

• Infirmière auxiliaire ou Infirmière DEC/Baccalauréat
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en soins infirmiers, idéalement en clinique de chirurgie plastique.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Parfaitement bilingue.
• Capacité à travailler en collaboration au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire.
• Expérience avec les dossiers médicaux électroniques.
• Engagement envers des soins centrés sur le patient.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Plastic Surgery Nurse to join our team in providing top-notch care to our patients. Located in Mont-Royal, this role is crucial in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality surgical outcomes and enhance patient experiences.

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients undergoing plastic surgery procedures.
• Assist patients throughout their plastic surgery journey by answering questions, concerns and ensuring they are following all pre operative and post operative instructions.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about post-operative care and recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Assist in case management and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards of care.
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
• Qualifications
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Quebec or LPN.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a plastic surgery clinic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fully bilingual.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
