Job Description Multiple opportunities available Full Time/Part Time/Casual Our Medical and General Surgical wards are seeking a dedicated Clinical/Registered Nurse to join our team providing care to a range of patient conditions. As a Clinical Nurse on our General Medical Wards, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and expert bedside care, specializing in the complex pre-and post-operative management of patients undergoing general medical treatments and recovery. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care. This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position. About You You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate: Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in medical services Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential. Positions available; Ward 23 and Ward 43 (Please nominate a preference if desired).
