Job Description Are you a Senior Registered Nurse with a flexible, proactive and dynamic leadership approach? This is your chance to lead and nurture our Public Surgical. Min Hours 42 – 60hours per fortnight. About you Must be a strong advocate for promoting and supporting patient safety, promoting positive public patient experience and developing strong partnerships with our Visiting Medical Officers. You facilitate and promote the continuous development of clinical expertise and a culture that reflects the Ramsay Values in your nursing team. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria: Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an Acute Hospital. Ability to plan, develop, implement and evaluate a continuous improvement programs Effective change management skills and experience Effective computer/digital skills. Commitment to demonstrating and promoting the Ramsay Way. Remuneration $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
