EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum 2 years supervised experience in the area of clinical AOD service delivery.
• A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision.
• Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Drivers Licence
• Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
• Current or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Registered Nurse registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australian and who holds, or who is eligible to hold a current practicing certificate
• Minimum three years post registration experience
• Experience working in community nursing setting, Alcohol and other drugs and / mental health nursing

Join Sonder’s dynamic AOD team delivering safe, evidence-based in-home withdrawal support. You’ll provide clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and nursing care to individuals withdrawing from substances in their own homes. Work closely with Clinical Workers, Peer Practitioners, and GPs, with comprehensive Pre- and After-Care support.
