Job Role / Responsibilities: You are required to: developing and conducting courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in-service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing staff conducting needs analysis for the nursing and patient care skills required by the staff preparing learning experiences to share with staff in academic sessions conducting post-evaluations for the effectiveness of learning by the staff certifying and supervising the clinical performance of the interns and staff performing the required clinical tasks depending on the patient acuity. Eligibility Criteria / Requirements: You should have: a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council at least 1-2 years of experience in critical care area hands on skill on ventilator, CRRT dealing and hemodynamics monitoring American Heart Association certified BLS / ACLS Instructor preferably post-basic course in at least one clinical specialty at least three years’ experience of clinical teaching as well as clinical practice excellent knowledge of nursing practices good interpersonal skills including the ability to effectively communicate with people willingness to work in morning, evening and night shifts.
