Description Job Type: Contract Description: Clinical Nurse Leader/Consultant/Mentor Engage Consulting is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Leader for contract to support an interim project in the post-acute care/skilled nursing facility space. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership, and operational knowledge to help guide providers through best practices, compliance, and quality initiatives. As a Nurse Mentor, you will provide remote and on-site mentorship guided by a structured curriculum, evidence-based tools, and established guidelines for the following priority topics: Transitions of Care (Admission and Discharge Processes) Nutrition & Hydration (Dining Experience) Medication Optimization Infection Prevention & Control Why Join Our Team? Scheduling support is provided to help you efficiently manage your project workload. Requirements: Active nursing license, 10+ years preferred, Proven experience in skilled nursing/long-term care setting, ideally in a leadership role (Regional, DON, ADON) Knowledge of operational, regulatory and compliance standards Coachable with an ability to work independently and deliver results on a project basis Must be willing to travel to centers regionally within the state. Details: 1099 contract role Interim project (short-term engagement) 6 week assignments Hours can be between 10-40 hours per week
