Our customer , the biggest acute private hospital in Dublin. , is looking for Clinical Nurse manager- II Cath Lab

OUR CATH LAB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI, and hold a current NMBI PIN (essential)
  • Have 5 years post registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 3 years of this in a Cardiac Cath Lab (essential)
  • Completed a management-training programme and/or have management experience. (essential)
  • Have a recognised qualification within the speciality (desirable)
  • Have completed a management training programme (desirable)
  • Have proven clinical and professional ability
  • Have good IT skills with proficiency in the use of all relevant applications.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work on his/her own initiative.
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to positively engage with patients and staff.
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Have a proven ability to work under pressure
  • Have evidence of commitment to professional development.
  • Have an ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation
  • Have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An ability to deal with staff at all levels within the organisation.
  • Competency in the English language is a requirement for the post.
  • The ability to analyse, report on and effect change in nursing practice.
  • A sound knowledge of procedures and protocols in operational matters.
