Overall Purpose of the Post
As a member of the Nurse Management team the post of CNM II has a pivotal role in co-ordination,
development and management of activity and resources within the clinical area. The main
responsibilities are: Management of Patient Care, Resource Management, Staffing Management, Staff
and Service Development, facilitating communication and professional/clinical leadership.
