CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER – NURSING HOME – CHIPPENHAM (SN15)

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, occasional weekends)
Pay Rate: From £24.25 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

• RGN/RMN qualified with a valid NMC PIN.
• Minimum 6 years nursing experience, with 2+ years in a senior/clinical management role.
• Proven experience in a care or nursing home environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining compassion and professionalism.

THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in Chippenham (SN15).

IN THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Delivering and overseeing person-centred care for residents.
• Leading, supervising, and inspiring a team of nurses, carers, and support staff.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
• Ensuring safe medication management in line with NMC guidelines.
• Supporting admission processes with thorough pre-assessments.
• Maintaining compliance with current legislation, best practice, and CQC standards.
• Promoting a positive image of Cedar Care internally and externally.
