What you'll be doing Provide clinical leadership and ensure best practice standards are consistently delivered. Manage and support nursing staff through education, mentoring, and performance reviews. Ensure quality and compliance with Health & Disability Sector Standards and Radius policies. Prepare for and support internal and external audits to maintain certification standards.
