Reach Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Clinical Governance Team and champion clinical excellence. Immediate start for the successful candidate and subject to clearing compliance process.

CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum five years experience as a registered nurse (paediatrics or with paediatric experience)
• Can demonstrate working across professional and multi-agency boundaries
• Knowledge of the local health economy and the process of service delivery
• Experience in managing and supervising a team, minimum 2 years experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Active participation in the on-call rota

Experience:

• Nursing: 5 years (preferred

• Providing clinical support and advice for all client packages within designated

case load

• Responsible for undertaking holistic nursing assessments in partnership with

the Service User/family/carer and involving other statutory/voluntary/third ‘party’

sector providers as necessary

• Responsible for developing and updating person-centred Care Plans in

partnership with the Service User/family/other Health Care Professionals whilst

ensuring goals are patient focused, realistic and achievable

• Ensuring all care packages are reviewed in accordance with clinical level

protocol

• Auditing of documentation completed by workers in allocated packages
• Facilitating worker Supervisions, Appraisals and Revalidation
• Co-ordinate training and perform completion of competency-based frameworks

for Health Care Support Workers

• Highlight areas of concerns or risks to the Senior Clinical Nurse Manager/ Registered Manager
• Conduct Service User specific risk assessments, in conjunction with other Health

Care Professionals

• Ensure compliance by self and care team to Reach Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
• Promote a healthy and diverse working environment.
• Escalate and support with any safeguarding concerns to the Registered Manager and support with investigation of incidents and complaints
