As the Clinical Nurse Manager for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU, you will: coordinate all aspects of clinical care to ensure high quality, family-centered services; assist with staffing and scheduling; provide clinical education; foster a collaborative, supportive environment that promotes critical thinking and professional growth; lead and round with the team; guide performance and quality improvement initiatives. This is a full time position working 9:30p-7:30a, 4 shifts per week, including weekends, at NYP/Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortland Manor, NY. Preferred Criteria Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Previous leadership or charge nurse experience Previous NICU experience Required Criteria Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current NY RN license Minimum of 3-4 years of L&D experience, some at the supervisory level BLS and ACLS certification through American Heart Association EFM certification (NCC or PQF) NRP certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
