Description Clinical Nurse Manager Experience Required: 10+ Years in Nursing Leadership/Management Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and support nursing staff development. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive nursing experience, including extensive leadership and management responsibility, with a proven track record of improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and team performance. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Management Provide direct supervision and leadership to nursing and clinical support staff Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinical team members Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity Clinical Oversight Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Oversee infection control, safety protocols, and risk management practices Operations & Administration Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement clinical policies Manage department budgets, supplies, and resource allocation Oversee workflow efficiency and patient throughput Lead quality assurance and performance improvement programs Communication & Collaboration Serve as liaison between clinical staff, providers, administration, and external partners Address patient concerns and resolve clinical issues promptly Participate in strategic planning and organizational initiatives Qualifications Active RN license (in good standing) BSN preferred; however, extensive clinical and leadership experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree 10+ years of nursing experience, including significant management or supervisory experience Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and clinical best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams Budget management experience Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency Quality improvement certification (CPHQ, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) What We Offer Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment
