ABOUT US

From very humble beginnings in 1942, Hollywood has evolved into a modern facility. In recent years we have significantly grown to become the largest hospital in WA with more than 900 licenced beds. Hollywood is also the largest private hospital in Australia. The expansion of the hospital includes an emergency department, the Hollywood Consulting Centre and an additional mental health ward. REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
Responsibilities

This role will involve, but is not limited to:

  • Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act & associated regulatory frameworks
  • Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for patients to ensure the highest levels of nursing care.
  • Supervising and supporting staff within the unit
  • Conflict Resolution skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment, and willingness to support novice staff
  • Participation in Quality improvement Programs in line with organisational and departmental strategic plans
  • Display and promote the Ramsay Clinic Values.

Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $102,387.90 - $108,784.58 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
