We are looking for a Clinical Nurse who brings strong leadership capabilities and actively fosters a positive and collaborative workplace culture. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven clinical expertise, with a minimum of two years of acute nursing experience.
You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will also bring.

• Relevant Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum (2) years’ post graduate experience in area of speciality.
• Demonstrate excellent time management, clinical problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
• Advanced understanding of ANMC competencies as per nursing registration.

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2– grade 2.1 – 2.4).

In this role, you will act as a professional resource across all aspects of patient care, using your clinical expertise and problem-solving skills to support high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Working in close collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will contribute to the planning and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the department operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with evidence-based best practice.
