Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE AND WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING:

The Clinical Nurse provides leadership and direction to clinical and care employees and ensures residents receive the best clinical care. The Clinical Nurse ensures clinical quality and risk management programs are implemented and followed, while supporting consumer participation in decisions consistent with a person-centered care model.
Caring for the local community since 2002, Frank Prendergast House is centrally located in Success in Perth’s southern suburbs. Catering for up to 73 residents.
Our dedicated and well-trained team support our residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and are committed to enhancing the lives of our residents by providing clinical and personal care in a comfortable and compassionate environment.
This position is a permanent full time role.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Advanced clinical skills including assessment, planning and developing person centred interventions
  • Proven track record in leading & driving quality clinical outcomes.
  • Well-developed investigation & analytical skills.

  • National Disability Insurance Scheme clearance or willing to obtain.
