Radiotherapy Clinical Nurse Specialist (Photons and Protons)
UCLH is the largest UK paediatric and young adult centre for radiotherapy. Our Proton Bean Centre within the new Grafton Way Building, is one of only 2 sites in the UK which offer PBT. UCLH is one of the largest centres for Sarcoma care and the introduction of the Proton Beam Service means an increase in radiotherapy activity at the trust.

As our Radiotherapy Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work closely within our CYPCS team and Paediatric radiotherapy teams.
The role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist will provide effective clinical nursing leadership and will have specialist expert knowledge that will play a critical role in the proton and photon service across CYPCS.
You will provide specialist nursing care for our children and young people undergoing radiotherapy and proton beam therapy from across the country .
The post holder will facilitate and/or co-ordinate therapeutic treatment and care. They will ensure the needs of the patient are placed at the centre of care delivery.
