KRUCIAL RAPID RESPONSE IS SEEKING AN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT CLINICAL NURSE SPECIALIST TO ASSIST IN FARMINGTON, NM!

This is a direct hire staffing opportunity through Krucial Rapid Response driven by a mission to serve others at their greatest time of need.

Responsibilities
  • Uses expert knowledge regarding the health care needs of the individual, family and community
  • Collaborates with other members of the health care team with complex care patients and other clinical challenges
  • Carries out specialty specific therapeutic regimens in accordance with evidence-based care standards and regulatory expectations
  • Practices in alignment with the New Mexico Board of Nursing and the national certifying nursing organization
  • Leads quality and outcome improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Ensures that patients and families are provided discharge education on disease prevention and management
  • Provides leadership in nursing practice and serves as a role model for other registered nurses
