Responsibilities: You will be responsible for: develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement programs establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to patient care, safety, and compliance, analyse quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings and facilitate in taking corrective actions to ensure quality and safety issues conduct regular rounds in patient care areas to ensure care is delivered according to the quality and safety standards coordinate with multidisciplinary teams in the development of policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of quality patient care. ensure that nursing practices are compliant with institutional and accrediting body standards, i.e. Joint Commission Internation (JCI), Safe Care etc. and promote a culture of safety and high-quality care through engagement with nursing teams, collaborate with nursing management team to address performance issues and facilitate staff improvement plans collect and analyse data related to nursing care quality and patient outcomes prepare and present reports on nursing quality metrics to leadership teams and committees. use data-driven insights to drive clinical improvements and informed decision-making implement and maintain systems for continuous quality monitoring, i.e. patient satisfaction surveys, incident reporting systems etc. work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, managers, and quality and patient safety department to enhance patient care. Requirements: You should have: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited degree programme, preferably a Master’s degree in the same at least five years of experience, preferably with two years of experience in nursing administration and clinical teaching at a tertiary care healthcare organization ability to enhance quality nursing practice through evidence-based practices, patient care standards and clinical protocols adept in performing and interpreting needs analysis and translate the findings into actionable next steps excellent interpersonal skills, particulary communication skills and ability to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams ability to work under-pressure and meet stringent deadlines willingness to work in shifts.
