THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) team in a permanent full-time leadership role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a clinical leadership position and influence the delivery of exceptional perioperative care.
You will play a vital role in leading the front-line team, acting as a clinical expert, role model, and mentor. This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse with PACU experience who is ready to take on a meaningful leadership role in a busy perioperative setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.

• Provide clinical expertise and act as a resource for nursing staff within PACU and Day of Surgery Admission (DOSA).
• Support, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure the delivery of safe, evidence-based care.
• Lead by example to foster a strong culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement activities aligned with hospital priorities.
• Ensure patient care is delivered to the highest standards in accordance with legislative requirements and professional guidelines.
