ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Safety Culture Coordinator, you will develop and lead patient safety, clinical risk and staff initiatives across Western NSW Local Health District. You will develop and implement an Integrated Quality/Risk Safety Management Plan in consultation with key stakeholders, establish robust partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders to improve communication of safety, risk and quality related information, to all organisational levels. Undertaking regular travel across Western NSW LHD, will be required in this role.
The Safety Culture Coordinator position works within the Risk Management Unit as part of the People & Culture Directorate and reports directly to the Risk Manager.
