Job Description: About the Opportunity: Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Brisbane team as n our Medical Ward Team at our spectacular Kangaroo Point location. In this permanent-part time role (working 24 hours per week) you will be pivotal in delivering high quality care to patients in our Medical Unit specialising in Chronic and Complex Pain Management. This role involves delivering patient centred care that coordinates individualised care from admission and throughout hospitalisation, to discharge. Applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for best patient outcomes. As the Clinical Nurse you will be required to act as a professional resource in all facets of caring for patients whilst problem solving within the clinical setting. You will work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager in the implementation of quality improvement activities to ensure the department is safe, effective and follows best practice.
