Clinical Nurse | BlueCare | Springwood Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Part time Location: Springwood Aged Care Facility Remuneration: $59.43 – $60.70 per hour + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances Your part in our BlueCare team The Clinical Nurse provides expert clinical leadership, guidance and support to care staff to ensure safe, high‑quality, resident‑centred care. The role plays a key part in complex clinical decision‑making, care planning, funding optimisation and continuous quality improvement, while ensuring care aligns with organisational values, best practice and accreditation standards. In this role, you will: Provide expert clinical leadership and advice in the management of complex resident care needs Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of resident care plans to promote health, wellbeing and quality of life Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical assessments and documentation Support staff orientation, mentoring, clinical supervision and ongoing professional development Promote a consultative and collaborative approach to resident care planning and quality activities Assist in ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, legislation and clinical governance requirements Support accurate and timely ACFI assessments to ensure optimal funding outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, families and external stakeholders Participate in continuous quality improvement, risk management and workplace health and safety activities What makes a difference for us?
