Working closely with residents, families, support teams and health professionals, you'll build trusted relationships, advocate for individual needs, and help shape person-centred care that reflects each resident's goals and choices. Strong clinical experience and a commitment to person-centred care. The ability to lead, mentor and support teams. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Sound clinical judgement and confidence working autonomously. Strong documentation and computer skills. A commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
