• Together with the department's management, they develop a coordinated nursing care service, thereby improving client care as well as the efficiency of processes between ICU, IMC and NLU.
• They identify complex care situations, assess them, and, in coordination with all professional groups involved, initiate measures that span across wards and, if necessary, institutions.
• They actively participate in the transfer of evidence-based knowledge into healthcare practice and promote the scientific approach of our nursing work.
• They actively represent nursing at the hospital in networking and are involved in the implementation of the Advanced Nursing Practice concept at the hospital.
• They work in complex care situations in direct patient care and apply their expertise in a client-centered manner.
• Your profile:You have successfully completed your training as a (pediatric) nurse or (pediatric) health and nursing professional.
• You have successfully completed a university degree in Advanced Nursing Practice (Bachelor's or Master's level) or a similar equivalent, or are currently enrolled in a corresponding course of study.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience working as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Germany or abroad and/or you possess specific expertise in the areas of Acute Stroke Care, Post Stroke Care, Intensive Care, Delirium Management, Mental Health Care, and Cardiac Care.
• They possess excellent communication skills, a professional understanding of nursing, and the ability to work scientifically in theory and practice.
