How you make a difference The Clinical Office Assistant will provide clerical and administrative support to health services under the direction of the Health Services Administrator. Key Responsibilities • Provide clerical support to staff as assigned and inform Health Services Administrator of any difficulties in handling assigned work.• Maintain facility clinical files and records, ensuring required documentation is present and advising Health Services Administrator of missing documentation.• Ensure timely pick-up and distribution of clinical mail on a daily basis, as well as monitoring inventory of office supplies.• Type forms and documentation as assigned, and provide telephone coverage with polite and accurate documentation of messages.• Duplicate material as requested by clinical staff and interrelate and work effectively with all clinical and facility staff. Additional Details Full-Time Day Qualifications & Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience Experience in organization and clerical skills needed for timely completion of assigned duties in a professional manner. Basic typing and computer skills are required. Ability to work in a diverse professional setting. Licenses/Certifications None required.
