Stocking rooms/office Position does not include ordering (lab/imaging) Position does not include any invasive procedures Other duties approved by the supervisor Requirements Education: High School Diploma Other Requirements: One or more years health care experience preferred. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job Performance Requirements: Knowledge: Contemporary office practices, procedures and techniques Spelling, vocabulary, math and grammar skills appropriate to the level of the position Insurance requirements and referrals Skills: Operating a computer and various software packages Operating a variety of office equipment Creating, organizing and keeping records Good communication skills Abilities: Develop and maintain effective working relationships Maintain a reliable and dependable attendance record Provide effective and responsive service to clinic patients in the office setting Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc. Work Environment: Position is in a well-lighted office environment.
