This is a work from home role, based in Australia, with optional access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Job Description
Join a fast-paced, patient-centred telehealth team that’s redefining how healthcare is delivered. We’re looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team. This role is a unique opportunity to play a key part in delivering compassionate, high-quality support across a range of clinical administration, patient care and team collaboration tasks.
We currently have two short-term contract opportunities available, commencing in September (8 months) and October (9 months).
You’ll be working closely with doctors, nurses, and our patient support teams to ensure every patient receives efficient, thoughtful care and support. If you thrive in a virtual care environment, are confident in clinical administration and love working in a close-knit, collaborative team, this could be a great fit for you.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a proactive and compassionate Enrolled Nurse who brings clinical know-how and strong operational awareness. You’ll be comfortable navigating virtual systems and confident working independently within a highly supportive team.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration (no practising restrictions)
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
  • Telehealth or virtual care experience is highly desirable
  • Background in mental health or medicinal cannabis (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management and the ability to prioritise in a busy, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail with clinical and legal documentation
  • Empathetic communication and patient-centred support under RN supervision
  • The ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts to patients
    Additional Information
You will be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team where your work drives meaningful impact in a leading tech company at the intersection of healthcare. We take pride in our driven and results-focused culture, where ambitious individuals can push the boundaries of innovation and contribute to better outcomes for Australians.
Responsibilities

As part of the Clinical Operations team, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic through a mix of administrative, clinical, and patient-focused tasks:

  • Liaise with clinic teams and doctors to support seamless patient care
  • Manage treatment letter requests (e.g. travel, workplace, court, discharge)
  • Assist with escalations, including prescription issues, complaints, pharmacy and doctor escalations
  • Patient follow-ups, risk assessments and rebookings
  • Patient Support, including booking assistance, documentation, and system uploads
  • Supporting Doctors: triage Slack channels, monitor inboxes, and upload documents
  • Provide non-judgmental, patient-centred care under RN supervision
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience
