• You will participate in Clinical Operations Disease Area Communities (CODACs) by providing strategic and operational input to deliver clinical studies. Supporting innovative clinical trial delivery through Clinical Operations Portfolio Enabling Communities (COPECs), addressing high-impact needs across multiple CODACs. While engaging with various geographies within global Clinical Operations to support local business needs and foster a unified community.
• Prioritize the needs of patients, investigators, and clinical site staff. Foster peer-to-peer collaborations to deeply understand and address their needs, nurturing a culture of curiosity for more efficient and patient-centric study operations.
• Boldly pursue Roche’s purpose by creating and embedding simpler, high-impact ways of working. Ensuring successful delivery of Clinical Operations’ portfolio of studies and enabling projects, advancing Personalized Healthcare.
• Promote communication and community within a global matrixed environment, optimizing growth opportunities, drive new thinking, and embrace value creation by identifying new opportunities.
