Your Impact, With Us
As our Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring both Clinical and Administrative Team Leaders to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services across our South Australian clinics.
Based in South Australia, you’ll work closely with the General Manager and medical leadership to enhance operational efficiency, uplift service standards, and enable growth through innovation and strategic direction.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams in a healthcare setting
• Strong operational, strategic, and people leadership skills
• A current driver’s licence and Working with Children clearance
• A commitment to excellence, innovation, and patient-focused service
