THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE, WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY, PRIMARILY BUSINESS HOURS HOWEVER WE DO OFFER SOME FLEXIBILITY OF HOURS. THERE IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ON CALL WEEKEND WORK OCCASIONALLY.

This is a work from home role and could be based anywhere in Australia.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have:

• Minimum 5 years full time clinical experience in management and leadership experience in health or professional services organisations.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role and have experience in coaching and mentoring ideally in a virtual environment
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Extensive clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills. You are self-driven and can work autonomously from home.
• Ability to think strategically and operationalise strategic plans
• Computer literacy, a proficiency with contact centre KPI dimensions and associated data, with a working competency of the Microsoft office product suit
