Job Description We are on the lookout for a knowledgeable, proactive and dedicated person to lead and develop our team in Poland. In this role, you will develop PSI local business presence and enjoy all aspects of operational and strategic management. Hybrid/Office-based in Warsaw The scope of responsibilities will include: Line management of Clinical Operations staff, including hiring, onboarding, performance appraisal and career development Ensuring smooth operations of the company in Poland, providing full managerial and administrative support to all staff and company management Management of multiple aspects of clinical research from business development to project execution Coordination of resource allocation to projects and utilization of monitoring Ensuring compliance with GCP standards, internal/external procedures and quality control measures Local project oversight and process establishment on the country level Management of country-level budgets Communication point to investigators, regulatory and ethics authorities, clients and vendors for project-related matters Qualifications College or University degree in Life Sciences At least 5 years of experience in a CRO or Pharma company At least 2 years of clinical team management experience (on-site and remote) Clinical monitoring experience is preferable Demonstrated experience with clinical research sites, regulatory processes, startup activities and ethics committees in Poland Knowledge of HR line management processes and staff performance oversight Basic financial knowledge and demonstrated ability to manage budgets Fluency in English and Polish Proficiency in standard MS Office applications Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and presentation skills with a results-oriented approach Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your expertise visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
