The Role

• This is an exciting opportunity to play an important part in supporting the teams who deliver our critical care service. Working closely with operational colleagues and crew, you’ll help coordinate the medical equipment, supplies, vehicles and systems that keep our service running smoothly, while also contributing to the welcoming and professional service provided by our Support Hub. No two days are the same, and your work will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver lifesaving care across Devon. On a typical day you could be coordinating medical stock and consumables across our airbases, arranging equipment servicing and repairs, supporting medicines and cold chain management, maintaining compliance and training records, liaising with suppliers, assisting with vehicle logistics, booking training, supporting patient aftercare administration, welcoming visitors to Head Office, and working with colleagues across the charity to ensure our operations run efficiently and effectively
