When you join RadNet as a Clinical Operations Project Specialist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of several special projects, including conducting audits, developing reporting methods, and implementing new and/or existing workflows Triage and support operational staff and outside vendors with questions related to policies, workflows, and/or reports Designs, develops, consolidates, edits, formats and distributes reports, and/or workflows Performs data entry in various systems, as needed Attend, coordinate, and participate in various meetings, seminars, and training as required Train new and/or existing employees on projects or workflows as directed by management If You Are: Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues You have a structured work approach, understand complex problems are and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Superior analytical, written and oral communication skills; Fluency (written and oral) in English required Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Outstanding leadership and decision-making skills Ability to work well in group and individual settings Ability to prioritize competing deadlines Ability to foresee potential problems and offer solutions Ability to handle moderately complex assignments under minimal supervision is essential Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management We Offer: Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision coverages.
