Shift: Nights Hours: 12 hours shift, Varied Day shift (0700-1930) and Night shift (1900-0730) Job Type Per Diem Job Summary The Clinical Operations Representative (COR) facilitates the daily allocation of nursing personnel, utilizing general staffing guidelines (as approved by Nursing Directors) and knowledge of personnel’s skill level. The position coordinates additional activities centrally located in the Nursing Office and promotes and maintains a professional image through contact with the public. The COR will also facilitate patient admissions and transfers throughout the facility working in Cerner, PBAR, Right Bed and the Hospital ADT system. They will assist in applying the appropriate room accommodation codes, and communicate any problems immediately to the Transfer Center Coordinator or House Supervisor.
