You’ll be the face of Medsien on the ground—visiting clinics, supporting staff training, and helping practices feel confident using ou What You’ll Do Visit clinics weekly to introduce and support Medsien’s remote care programs. Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff and answer questions in real time. Build strong relationships with providers and clinic teams to encourage engagement. Troubleshoot issues on site and provide feedback to internal teams. Support program launches and help ensure practices feel confident and supported. Weekly travel to different provider sites across the U.S. Roughly 80% of the time. What You’ll Need 1–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., clinical support, medical assisting, care coordination, practice operations, or similar). Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both clinical and administrative staff. Comfort working independently while traveling and visiting clinic sites. Willingness to learn about remote care programs, EHR systems, and Medicare billing. Clinical training or hands-on experience in a patient care environment is required. A positive, proactive attitude and interest in growing your career in healthcare operations. Familiarity with EHR systems or remote care is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities
