We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Outreach Associate to join our incredible team in Northern Virginia. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of mental health issues, and a passion for helping others. The Clinical Outreach Associate will work directly with their assigned Clinical Outreach Representatives to assist with identifying, cultivating, and enhancing AMFM Healthcare's marketing reach. The Clinical Outreach Associate will also be responsible for seeking out and growing business opportunities across various geographic locations and building strategic relationships amongst other healthcare providers. Location: Will be responsible for working with all programs. Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 / annually. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position. 2. Possess valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years. 3. 1+ years experience working in marketing, sales, and/or clinical outreach in the healthcare field. 4. Preferred education: Associate’s Degree in Marketing or similar field. 5. 1+ years experience with CRM software (Salesforce). 6. Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 5 lbs. Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. 2. Knowledge of the clinical, medical, and miscellaneous services provided to the clients. 7. Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and G Suite products. 8. Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Clinical Outreach Associate will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed. These include but are limited to: 1. Build and nurture relationships with individuals or organizations within the mental healthcare sector. 2. Monitor industry trends and customer drivers while providing input during strategy discussions. 3. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials. 4. Contribute to identifying market opportunities and assist with action plans to enhance admissions and brand recognition. 5. Adapt to adjustments in territory plans to align with market needs and industry dynamics. 6. Share and acquire professional knowledge through networking, educational events, and presentations. 7. Handle inbound admissions inquiries from potential clients and other programs. 8. Participate in the cultivation of strategic relationships with other healthcare providers. 9. Update and manage CRM tools (Salesforce) and track expenses. 10. Manage tasks and events including representing the company at various local, regional, and national events.
