The Role We’re expanding our presence across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and strategic relationship-building is key to that growth. We’re seeking a Clinical Outreach Representative to join our team and support our mission through targeted outreach, event coordination, and network expansion. In this role, you’ll work closely with business development leaders to build relationships with healthcare professionals, universities, and hospitals to drive lead generation. You will coordinate and host, as well as represent Within at events and conferences. You’ll be instrumental in growing our referral networks and strengthening our visibility in the region. What You'll Do Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners, including therapists, dietitians, physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations Support the execution of clinical marketing plans, including personalized outreach and follow-ups Coordinate business development participation in industry events—prepare materials, manage logistics, and ensure strong presence Plan and host monthly in-person networking events; collaborate with IAEDP chapters, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders and other organizations to create memorable experiences that serve to broaden our circle of loyal referents Design and maintain Salesforce templates to document outreach activities and track monthly progress Organize internal and external virtual events at the state and national level Assist with lead generation and new relationship development in states targeted for In-Network (INN) expansion Who You Are Strong relationship-builder with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly organized and capable of managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously Collaborative team player who thrives in mission-driven environments Previous experience in healthcare, community outreach, or business development preferred (but not required) Qualifications BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 2–5+ years of experience in relevant areas such as: field marketing, event operations, marketing operations, sales enablement, executive/event coordination, or commercial operations. Demonstrated ability to manage logistics-heavy programs end-to-end (events, dinners, conferences, shipments). Proficiency with common business tools (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) and project tracking tools. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, BD/Sales, Operations, and external partners. Experience in healthcare, mental health, or referral-driven growth environments. Familiarity with CRM basics (Salesforce) for lead routing and follow-up tracking. Light creative production literacy (print specs, proofing, vendor file requirements). Physical & Environmental Requirements Must be comfortable traveling. Up to 25-35% of this position will be spent traveling to conferences, partner dinners, key markets, and other events as needed. The remaining 65-75% of this position is work-from-home. Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise. Must be familiar and comfortable using MacOS and iOS.
