REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales or outreach position
  • Active book of business/contacts
  • Excellent sales skills and relationship management
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the mental health field
  • History of achieving goals in referral generation efforts
  • Proficiency in CRM and EMR software
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field desired
