You will be expected to deliver a consistently high quality clinical pharmacy service across community and mental health inpatient wards
Work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT)
Be an integral part of the pharmacy team providing clinical pharmacy support to designated ward(s) and participate in the pharmacy departmental rota’s

Responsibilities

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacist
Postgraduate clinical qualification and hospital experience to be considered for band 7
Have a flexible approach to work in order to meet the developing needs of the pharmacy service
