Make a difference Our Clinical Pharmacists ensure that medications, supplies, and drug information are delivered accurately, promptly, and in full compliance with Joint Commission requirements and other regulatory standards. They review and evaluate drug regimens—including complete medication profiles—to identify issues that may require pharmacy intervention or ongoing monitoring. In addition, they play an active role in direct patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to guide the optimal use of medications and to support coordinated care plans for individual patients and patient groups. Our Clinical Pharmacists also provide education to patients and caregivers, build positive relationships with internal and external partners, collaborate effectively with pharmaceutical service representatives, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives across the organization.
