As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will ensure patients receive their prescriptions accurately, timely and respectfully. You will appropriately select, dose, administer and dispense medications as indicated, helping provide patients with the treatments they need to improve their health and well-being. • Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered and evidence-based pharmacy and medication services.
• Ensure the appropriate selection, dosing, administration and dispensing of medication orders.
• Verify medication orders and/or dispense medications accurately according to state and federal regulations.
• Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations are in compliance with national accreditation standards.
• Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers, and/or patients.
• Provide cost-effective care.
• Be accountable for drug use policy adherence
