Clinical Pharmacist at St. Joseph Hospital Eureka, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 10-hour, Evening shifts. The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy Doctorate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) Preferred Qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
