We’re hiring a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital in Nanaimo, BC. This Mental Health Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will focus on patient care, practice supports, and medication systems in support of Central/North Island.
Working within a collaborative, patient-centered, team environment, you will function as an expert practitioner, consultant, educator and researcher in a defined practice area. You will provide consultation services to individuals and groups both within and outside the organization. You will be responsible for applying advanced clinical knowledge to assess, design, implement and evaluate medication use initiatives, research, training programs and the delivery of clinical pharmacy services.
